Company intelligence / Profile preview
Ascension St. Mary's Hospital was a nonprofit acute care hospital in Saginaw, Michigan that operated as part of Ascension's Michigan healthcare network. The facility provided inpatient hospital care, emergency services, and specialty services typical of a regional hospital, including trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, cancer, orthopedic, imaging, and rehabilitation care. Historically rooted in the St. Mary's of Michigan system, it served as a major community hospital and teaching site in the Saginaw region. In August 2024, the hospital transitioned out of Ascension ownership and was renamed MyMichigan Medical Center Saginaw under MyMichigan Health. It is therefore a healthcare operating entity rather than a biotech or pharmaceutical developer, with no drug pipeline or therapeutic R&D platform.
