AZ Tech MRI & Radiology

AZ Tech MRI & Radiology was an Arizona-based outpatient diagnostic imaging company and multi-site radiology practice. The business operated a multimodality network offering MRI, CT, mammography, PET/CT, ultrasound, X-ray, and nuclear medicine services, supported by board-certified radiologists with subspecialty expertise. In October 2020, RadNet acquired AZ Tech MRI & Radiology and used the transaction to establish its Arizona operating platform in partnership with Dignity Health/CommonSpirit Health under the Arizona Diagnostic Radiology Group brand. As a result, AZ Tech now appears to function primarily as a legacy/pre-acquisition brand rather than as an independent operating company.
