Beijing Huada Protein R&D Center

Beijing Huada Protein R&D Center (BPRC) is a prominent biotechnology organization specializing in proteomics and protein engineering. Established in 2001 as a joint venture involving BGI (formerly Beijing Genomics Institute), the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Beijing Municipal Government, the center serves as a core facility for large-scale protein identification and functional analysis. BPRC is internationally recognized for its leadership in the Human Liver Proteome Project (HLPP), the inaugural project of the International Human Proteome Organization (HUPO). The center offers comprehensive services including mass spectrometry-based proteomics, recombinant protein expression, and custom antibody development.
