Cabassi & Giuriati is an Italian healthcare and consumer wellness company founded in 1970 in Padua that was renamed Giuriati Group in 2021. The business develops, markets, and distributes nutritional supplements, nutraceuticals, natural cosmetics, personal care products, health items, and gluten-free foods primarily through pharmacies, parapharmacies, herbalist shops, and healthcare channels in Italy. Its core proprietary brands include Nutriva, Supravit, Nathia, Marcus Rohrer Spirulina, and more recently Nutriva Medical, while it also manages selected third-party and exclusive distribution brands. The company is commercial-stage rather than a drug-development biotech, with a portfolio focused on formulated consumer and professional health products instead of clinical pipeline assets. In 2021, private equity fund Gradiente II acquired a majority stake, and in 2023 the renamed Giuriati Group acquired Up Pharma to expand its nutraceutical and medical information footprint.
