Carluccio's

Carluccio's is a prominent UK-based Italian restaurant and deli chain founded in 1999 by the late chef Antonio Carluccio and his wife Priscilla. The company operates a network of cafes and restaurants that offer authentic regional Italian cuisine, complemented by an integrated retail deli section selling imported Italian food products. After being listed on the London Stock Exchange's AIM market in 2005, the company was taken private in 2010 and later faced financial challenges that led to its entry into administration in 2020. The brand and a significant portion of its assets were subsequently acquired by the Boparan Restaurant Group, which continues to operate the chain across the United Kingdom and internationally.
