Cauley Geller Bowman & Rudman, LLP was a prominent American law firm specializing in securities fraud, class action, and corporate governance litigation. The firm was particularly active in the early 2000s, representing investors in high-stakes lawsuits against major corporations, including several in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries such as Gilead Sciences and Watson Pharmaceuticals. Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, with additional offices in Little Rock and New York, the firm recovered over $2 billion for shareholders during its tenure. In 2004, the partnership split into two successor firms: Cauley Bowman Carney & Williams and Geller Rudman. The Geller Rudman branch eventually evolved into Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP, which remains one of the largest plaintiffs' firms in the world.
