Overview
Cellphire has two products in Phase 2 clinical trials: CLPH-511 (Cryopreserved Platelets/CPP) and CLPH-211 (Freeze-dried Platelet-derived Hemostat/FPH). The CRYPTICS Phase 2/3 clinical study for CLPH-511 was stopped early for efficacy following pre-planned interim analysis. In March 2025, CLPH-511 received Fast Track designation from the FDA for treatment of acute hemorrhage. A Phase 2 clinical trial of Thrombosomes (FPH) in Acute Aortic Dissections completed enrollment of 41 patients ahead of schedule in June 2024.
