The Centre for Cellular and Molecular Platforms (C-CAMP) is a premier Indian bio-innovation hub and an initiative of the Department of Biotechnology, Government of India. Based in Bangalore, it acts as a critical enabler for bioscience research and entrepreneurship by providing high-end technology platforms, incubation programs, and seed funding to startups. C-CAMP offers specialized services in areas such as proteomics, genomics, and advanced imaging to both academic and industrial clients. Through its various programs like the Biotechnology Ignition Grant (BIG), the center has supported hundreds of biotech startups, fostering a robust ecosystem for life sciences innovation. It is a member of the Bangalore Life Sciences Cluster (BLiSC) and collaborates globally on initiatives such as combating antimicrobial resistance.
