Company intelligence / Profile preview
Children's Liver Disease Foundation is a UK-based nonprofit charity focused on childhood liver disease rather than a drug-development biotech or pharmaceutical company. The organization provides information, advocacy, emotional support, and family services for children, young people, and families affected by pediatric liver disease, and it also funds and supports research in this field. CLDF states that it is the only UK charity dedicated to all childhood liver diseases and has delivered more than \u00a39 million in research funding since 1980. In April 2024, it merged with the British Liver Trust, and in June 2025 its separate charity registration was removed following amalgamation, while children's and families' services continue under the merged structure. It does not appear to operate a proprietary therapeutic pipeline, platform, or commercial product portfolio.
