Children's Alliance

Children's Health Alliance (CHA) is a pediatric health improvement collaborative and clinically integrated network based in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 1994, the organization supports a network of independent pediatric practices across Oregon and Washington, focusing on population health management and quality of care. CHA provides its members with administrative support, data analytics, and clinical practice transformation services through its Management Services Organization, Children's Health Specialty Management (CHSM). The alliance aims to improve pediatric health outcomes by implementing evidence-based clinical standards and negotiating value-based care contracts with payers.
