Create Orthotics & Prosthetics was a U.S. medical technology company focused on digital design and 3D printing solutions for orthotics and prosthetics clinics. The company developed and sold medical-grade 3D printing systems, software, and workflow tools that enabled practitioners to fabricate customized prosthetic and orthotic devices in-house. Its offerings were aimed at reducing production time and cost for artificial limbs and related devices, with early adoption reported in Veteran Administration hospitals. Founded in 2012 in Lake Placid, New York, the company later relocated to the Albany/Cohoes area and was acquired by Precision Valve & Automation in October 2019. Following the acquisition, its technology and staff were absorbed into PVA's medical device operations and product line.
