Debiopharm Research & Manufacturing is the Martigny, Switzerland-based research, development, and manufacturing arm of the privately held Debiopharm group. Formerly known as Debio R.P. SA, the company operates GMP pharmaceutical R&D and production facilities and is best known for its world-leading PLGA-based long-acting injectable technology used in triptorelin products such as Decapeptyl. In addition to commercial manufacturing, it supports development of novel oncology and specialty medicines, including antibody-drug conjugates, radiopharmaceuticals, and sustained-release formulations. The business also develops enabling technology platforms such as DEBIO SPHERE™ LAR, Multilink™ and AbYlink™ for drug delivery and targeted conjugation. It functions as both an internal innovation and manufacturing engine for Debiopharm’s pipeline and a specialized pharmaceutical technology organization.
