Dr. Felgenträger & Co. Ökoplan was a German biotechnology and pharmaceutical company based in the BioPharmaPark Dessau-Roßlau. The company specialized in the development and manufacturing of vaccines, diagnostics, and environmental hygiene products, with a particular expertise in oral vaccination for wildlife. It gained international prominence for its production of the Lysvulpen vaccine, which was instrumental in the elimination of rabies in fox populations across Europe. In 2011, the company was formally merged into IDT Biologika, a major global contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO). Today, its legacy operations continue as part of IDT Biologika's animal health and vaccine production divisions.
