Elizabeth Seton Children's Center

Elizabeth Seton Children's Center is the largest non-profit, long-term care center in the United States for children with severe, medically complex and chronic conditions. It provides a full continuum of medical, rehabilitative, educational, and social services, including on-site specialty medical care, rehabilitation, and individualized education for children with high medical acuity, many of whom rely on ventilators, feeding tubes, and communication devices. The Center serves more than 2,000 children annually, most of whom are economically disadvantaged and from New York City and surrounding regions. It is widely recognized as a national leader and pioneer in pediatric long-term care for children with medical complexity, with a mission to help these children thrive and safely transition into adulthood[1][2][7].
