Overview
Emisphere pioneered oral drug delivery technologies enabling the absorption of otherwise poorly permeable or injectable drugs. Its Eligen® SNAC technology underpins the first commercial oral GLP‑1 agonist therapy for type 2 diabetes—Rybelsus®, developed with Novo Nordisk.
