Fleming Family & Partners (FF&P) was a prominent London-based multi-family office and investment management firm, established in 2000 by the descendants of Robert Fleming. The firm was created to manage the family's wealth following the sale of the investment bank Robert Fleming & Co to Chase Manhattan Bank. FF&P provided a range of services including wealth planning, asset management, and private equity investments to high-net-worth individuals and families. In 2015, the company merged with the Stonehage Group to form Stonehage Fleming, creating one of the world's largest independent multi-family offices. While the firm is a financial institution and not a biotechnology company, it has been an active investor in the life sciences sector, notably participating in early funding rounds for companies such as Oxford Nanopore Technologies. The firm's private equity arm continues to manage a diverse portfolio across multiple industries.
