Overview

FS‑8002 is a fusion protein targeting both Transforming growth factor beta and Vascular endothelial growth factor pathways. It is being evaluated for safety/tolerability/pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics and preliminary efficacy in patients with advanced solid tumors. The first-in-human Phase I trial began recruiting as of February 2025. Early-stage programs are also exploring similar modalities for eye disease and other neoplastic indications at the discovery stage. No published clinical efficacy data yet due to early phase status.
