Giishkaandago'Ikwe Health Services is an Indigenous-controlled healthcare organization serving 10 Anishinaabeg communities in the Fort Frances region of Southern Treaty 3 in Northwestern Ontario. The organization operates under the registered name Fort Frances Tribal Area Health Services Inc. and provides wholistic health and wellness services that integrate clinical best practices with traditional Anishinaabe healing approaches. Its service portfolio includes behavioural health, mental health crisis response, home and community care, diabetes education, children's public health programs, oral health, midwifery, withdrawal management, and residential treatment support. The organization was formed through the 2007 amalgamation of Fort Frances Tribal Area Health Authority, Oshkibematezewin Inc., and Anishinaabeg Community Counselling Services.
