Overview
Vigil is the first cellular immunotherapy to demonstrate longer-term survival benefits in a randomized controlled trial of patients with solid tumors. Phase 2b results have been published in Lancet Oncology and presented at the American Society of Clinical Oncology. The FDA has designated Vigil as a Regenerative Medicine Advanced Therapy (RMAT) for patients with HRP ovarian cancer and high cTMB based on statistically significant and clinically meaningful improvement in overall survival.[2][3][5]
