Hong Kong Science & Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP) is a statutory body established in 2001 by the Hong Kong Government to foster innovation and technology development. HKSTP manages the Hong Kong Science Park, InnoCentre, and three industrial estates, serving as the city's flagship technology infrastructure. The corporation focuses on strategic pillars including Life and Health Technology, AI and Data Science, Advanced Manufacturing, and GreenTech. Through its dedicated incubation programs like Incu-Bio, HKSTP supports over 300 biomedical and healthcare startups by providing state-of-the-art R&D facilities, funding, and business matching services.
