Horn & Co. was an Israeli boutique law firm focused on hi-tech and life sciences transactions rather than a drug-development company. The firm advised biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, and deep-tech clients on corporate matters, intellectual property transactions, licensing, M&A, venture financings, IPOs, regulatory matters, and collaborations with academic and medical institutions. It was founded in September 2009 and became known in Israel for its specialization in healthcare and life sciences legal work, including representation in strategic licensing and acquisition transactions. Publicly available evidence indicates the firm is no longer operating independently, as founder Yuval Horn later joined Gornitzky GNY and is described there as having been the founder of Horn & Co.
