Institute for Advancing Women's Health

The Institute Advancing Women's Health (InAWH) is an Austin-based global non-profit organization dedicated to closing the gap between scientific research and clinical practice in women's midlife health, specifically peri- and post-menopause. Launched in 2026 by private investment firm Factory Capital and founder Anna Samuelsson, InAWH focuses on building clinical infrastructure, including standardized treatment protocols, care pathways, and clinician training. By establishing these foundational frameworks, the institute aims to de-risk the sector and make women's midlife health a scalable, investable healthcare category. Led by CEO Paula Schneider, InAWH collaborates with a multidisciplinary medical advisory board of experts from institutions such as Yale, Oxford, and UNSW.
