Inverlochy Consultadoria & Servicos is a Madeira-based holding and investment company that historically served as a primary investment vehicle for the Cavazza family, the founders of the Italian pharmaceutical giant Sigma-Tau. The entity was strategically used to manage significant equity stakes in various international biotechnology and pharmaceutical firms, most notably Questcor Pharmaceuticals, RegeneRx Biopharmaceuticals, and Gentium S.p.A. Operating within the Madeira Free Trade Zone, it worked in coordination with other family-controlled entities such as Chaumiere Consultadoria & Servicos and Defiante Farmaceutica to oversee the family's global life sciences portfolio. Following the death of Claudio Cavazza and the subsequent merger of Sigma-Tau with Alfa Wassermann to form Alfasigma, the company's active role in the industry has ceased, and it is currently listed as inactive.
