Liaoning Ming Cheng Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (now known as Liaoning Hengze Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese pharmaceutical distribution company based in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. Founded in 2002, the company specializes in the wholesale and retail of various medical products, including Chinese patent medicines, chemical drug preparations, antibiotics, and biochemical drugs. In 2006, AXM Pharma, Inc. acquired a 51% controlling interest in the company to expand its distribution network in the Chinese market. At the time of acquisition, the company distributed over 5,000 products and held exclusive distribution rights for approximately 100 items. While its parent company, AXM Pharma, underwent a reverse merger and shifted its focus to the agribusiness sector in 2018, Liaoning Ming Cheng (Hengze) continues to operate as a regional distributor in the healthcare sector.
