Neuropsychiatrie Découverte et Innovation (NDI) was a specialized research subsidiary of the Servier Group, primarily focused on the discovery and early-stage development of innovative treatments for neuropsychiatric and neurodegenerative disorders. Based in Croissy-sur-Seine, France, the center operated as a core component of Servier's Central Nervous System (CNS) research strategy, utilizing advanced pharmacological platforms to identify novel therapeutic targets. NDI was instrumental in the development of key CNS assets, including treatments for major depressive disorder and cognitive impairment associated with Alzheimer's disease. The entity's research programs spanned a variety of mechanisms, including melatonergic agonism and histamine H3 receptor antagonism. In 2015, NDI was integrated into the Institut de Recherches Servier as part of a broader organizational consolidation to streamline the group's global R&D activities.
