Nisga'a Valley Health Authority (NVHA) is a First Nations-led health authority that manages and delivers comprehensive healthcare services to the Nisga'a Nation and residents of the Nass Valley in British Columbia, Canada. Established in 1984, NVHA operates four health centres across the traditional Nisga'a territory, including its main hub, the James Samuel Gosnell Memorial Health Centre in Gitlaxt'aamiks.
