Novocuff General Information
Novocuff has developed a vaginally-inserted, adjustable silicone medical device designed to stabilize the cervix, retain amniotic fluid, and extend pregnancy in women at risk for preterm birth due to PPROM or short cervix. The company has completed two feasibility studies—one for short cervix and one for PPROM—and is preparing a multi-center pivotal U.S. clinical trial in early 2025. Early results are promising but full pivotal data are pending.
