Overview
NS Pharma has received FDA acceptance for a Biologics License Application (BLA) for deramiocel, an investigational cell therapy for DMD cardiomyopathy, with a PDUFA target date of August 31, 2025. Recent positive long-term data from the HOPE-2 open label extension clinical trial showed deramiocel's potential to slow disease progression and preserve upper limb function in DMD patients. Additionally, the FDA granted Orphan Drug Designation to NS-229 for the treatment of Eosinophilic Granulomatosis with Polyangiitis in April 2025.
