O&D BioTechnology is a South Korean biotechnology company specializing in the development of first-in-class small molecule therapeutics that target the O-GlcNAcylation pathway. The company's core technology focuses on inhibiting O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT), an enzyme that plays a critical role in protein post-translational modification and is often dysregulated in various cancers.
