Company intelligence / Profile preview
PiNK Biopharma was an Israeli biotechnology company focused on developing novel immune checkpoint inhibitors to enhance the activity of Natural Killer (NK) cells against cancer. The company's lead program was a monoclonal antibody (mAb14) designed to target cell surface Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen (csPCNA), which acts as an inhibitory ligand for the NK cell receptor NKp44. By blocking this interaction, the therapy aimed to reactivate NK cell cytotoxicity against malignant cells in indications such as Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL). The company was a graduate of the FutuRx incubator and operated in Ness Ziona, Israel, before its dissolution in 2025.
