People, Pets & Vets was a veterinarian-led veterinary services company that operated and supported a large network of animal hospitals in the United States. Founded in 1992 and headquartered in Olympia, Washington, the company provided general medical and surgical services for companion animals while offering administrative support that allowed local hospitals to retain medical autonomy and local branding. The organization pursued growth through acquisitions and de novo expansion and, under Cressey & Company ownership, built a network of more than 150 hospitals. In September 2022, People, Pets & Vets was acquired by VetCor and combined into the VetCor organization. The company was focused on commercial veterinary service delivery rather than therapeutics or drug development.
