Established in 2000 by Jack Quinn and Ed Gillespie, the firm became a major player in government relations by representing a diverse portfolio of Fortune 500 companies. While not a biotechnology or pharmaceutical company itself, QGA maintained a significant healthcare practice, advising major industry trade groups and drug manufacturers on legislative strategy and regulatory hurdles.
