PRG Science & Technology (PRG S&T) is a South Korean biotechnology company specializing in the development of first-in-class therapeutics for rare genetic diseases, particularly laminopathies and neurodegenerative disorders. The company utilizes a proprietary platform to discover small molecules that target aberrant protein-protein interactions (PPIs), which are fundamental to the pathology of conditions like Hutchinson-Gilford Progeria Syndrome (HGPS) and Werner Syndrome.
