SELLAS has reported positive outcomes from the interim analysis of its pivotal Phase 3 REGAL trial of Galinpepimut-S (GPS) in Acute Myeloid Leukemia, with the final analysis planned upon reaching 80 events, anticipated in 2025. The company has also reported positive Overall Survival and Overall Response Rate data from the ongoing Phase 2 trial of SLS009 (Tambiciclib) in relapsed/refractory AML, with 8.9 months median Overall Survival in patients with AML-Myelodysplasia-Related Changes and 8.8 months in all patients relapsed or refractory to Venetoclax-based regimens, surpassing the historical benchmark of 2.5 months. An Overall Response Rate of 67% was achieved in patients with AML-MRC.[1][9]
