Overview
SignaBlok’s lead program is a macrophage-restricted TREM‑1 inhibitor peptide therapy. In preclinical models of pancreatic cancer, this drug prevented recurrence, improved complete response rate and survival when administered after standard chemotherapy, reversed immunosuppression, overcame resistance to anti-PD-L1 immunotherapy, and was shown to be safe and well-tolerated in rodents. The SCHOOL technology platform underpins these programs with a novel mechanism of action.
