The firm's Life Sciences Group represents public and private companies in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare institutions, universities, investors and financial institutions. They provide comprehensive legal counsel across corporate transactions (including M&A), intellectual property protection and litigation (notably patents for biotech/pharma), regulatory compliance (FDA matters), financing deals for emerging growth companies in health/life sciences sectors.
