Tyler & Company

Tyler & Company was a U.S. healthcare-focused executive search and recruitment firm specializing in leadership placements for hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and health and life sciences organizations. Founded in 1978, the company built a long-standing franchise in retained executive search, CEO succession planning, board governance, executive assessment, and onboarding. Tyler & Company was acquired by Jackson Healthcare in 2013 and later combined operationally with Kirby Bates Associates in 2021. The Tyler & Company brand appears to have been folded into the Kirby Bates Associates platform rather than operating as an independent biotech or pharmaceutical developer. It is healthcare-related, but its business was services-based rather than therapeutic product development.
