Value Base M&A is the mergers and acquisitions advisory arm of Value Base, a private Israeli investment bank headquartered in Tel Aviv. The firm provides strategic-financial advisory services for company sales, acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, MBOs, delistings, capital raises, and other complex domestic and cross-border transactions. It also operates alongside Value Base’s broader underwriting, capital-markets, research, and alternative-investment activities. While the firm has advised on transactions involving life sciences companies, it is not itself a biotech, pharma, or healthcare operating company; it is a financial advisory business serving multiple sectors.
