Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[111In]-FPI-2107 is a radiopharmaceutical imaging agent developed as the diagnostic companion to the targeted alpha therapy [225Ac]-FPI-2068. It consists of indium-111 conjugated to FPI-2053 and is designed for use in patients with advanced solid tumors that express both EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) and cMET (mesenchymal epithelial transition factor). The primary function of [111In]-FPI-2107 is to provide real-time imaging feedback, allowing clinicians to visualize the biodistribution of the therapeutic agent ([225Ac]-FPI-2068) within the body. This enables precise assessment of tumor targeting and supports patient selection and monitoring during treatment. The drug is currently being evaluated in Phase 1 clinical trials for metastatic or recurrent solid tumors, including head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC), and pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
