Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[111In]In-3p-C-NETA-PSMA (also known as [111In]In-3p-C-NETA-ePSMA-16) is a diagnostic radiopharmaceutical designed for the imaging of prostate cancer. It consists of a prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeting ligand (Lys-urea-Glu) conjugated to the bifunctional chelator 3p-C-NETA, which is radiolabeled with the gamma-emitting isotope indium-111 (111In). The agent is designed for single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) imaging to detect PSMA-expressing prostate cancer cells and estimate personalized dosimetry for subsequent radionuclide therapy. It was developed through a collaboration involving Erasmus MC and KU Leuven.
