Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[18F]F-PDL1-3 is an investigational fluorine-18 (18F)-labeled radionuclide molecular probe designed as a positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent. It is based on the de novo-designed miniprotein PD-L1-3, which binds to programmed death-ligand 1 (PD-L1) with ultra-high affinity. Developed by Peking University Cancer Hospital & Institute in collaboration with PLA General Hospital, the probe is used to non-invasively detect, quantify, and monitor PD-L1 expression heterogeneity in primary and metastatic lesions in patients with solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), cervical squamous cell cancer, melanoma, breast cancer, and gastrointestinal cancers.
