Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[18F]F-RESCA-EPCD6 is an investigational **fluorine-18-labelled, RESCA-conjugated EPCD6 single-domain antibody fragment** developed as an EpCAM-targeted immunoPET tracer. The nanobody component selectively binds **epithelial cell adhesion molecule**, enabling PET/CT visualization of EpCAM expression in tumors. In preclinical colorectal and esophageal cancer xenograft models, the corresponding [18F]AlF-RESCA-EPCD6 construct demonstrated EpCAM-specific tumor uptake and favorable low-background pharmacokinetics. The tracer is also included in a recruiting Renji Hospital PET/CT study for diagnostic evaluation of non-small cell lung cancer and solid lung nodules.
