Drug intelligence / Profile preview
[18F]F-RESCA-RD06 is a radiopharmaceutical imaging agent developed by RenJi Hospital (Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine) for the detection of CD70-expressing malignancies. It consists of a CD70-specific nanobody (single-domain antibody) labeled with fluorine-18 using the restrained complexing agent (RESCA) method, which allows for efficient radiolabeling via the aluminum-fluoride ([18F]AlF) complex. CD70 is a cell surface antigen highly expressed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma (ccRCC), certain lymphomas, and nasopharyngeal carcinoma, while having limited expression in normal tissues. This tracer is utilized in immuno-PET/CT imaging to evaluate tumor burden, guide treatment selection, and monitor response in patients with CD70-positive cancers.
