Overview

[225Ac]-FL-261 is an investigational radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) developed by Full-Life Technologies. It consists of the targeting vector FL-261, which exhibits high affinity and selectivity for the c-MET receptor (hepatocyte growth factor receptor), labeled with the alpha-emitting radioisotope Actinium-225 (225Ac). c-MET is a receptor tyrosine kinase frequently overexpressed in various malignancies, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The compound is designed as a targeted alpha therapy, leveraging the high linear energy transfer of alpha particles to induce lethal double-strand DNA breaks in tumor cells while minimizing damage to surrounding healthy tissue. Preclinical studies in xenograft mouse models have demonstrated intense and sustained tumor uptake with high specificity confirmed by blocking studies.
