[225Ac]Ac-FL-031 is a next-generation somatostatin receptor 2 (SSTR2)-targeting radionuclide drug conjugate (RDC) developed by Full-Life Technologies. It utilizes the company's proprietary UniRDC platform to deliver the alpha-emitting radioisotope Actinium-225 specifically to SSTR2-overexpressing tumor cells. SSTR2 is frequently overexpressed in various solid tumors, including neuroendocrine tumors (NETs) and small cell lung cancer (SCLC). In preclinical studies, [225Ac]Ac-FL-031 demonstrated high and durable tumor uptake with rapid clearance from normal organs, resulting in significant anti-tumor activity in xenograft models. It is developed as part of a theranostic pair alongside the PET imaging agent [68Ga]Ga-FL-031.
