Drug intelligence / Profile preview
**[44Sc]Sc-B11-IgG** is an experimental scandium-44 radiolabeled, DTPA-chelated full-length anti-programmed death-ligand 1 B11 monoclonal antibody developed as an immunoPET imaging probe. The B11 IgG component selectively binds PD-L1, enabling noninvasive PET-based measurement of PD-L1 expression in cancer models rather than therapeutic checkpoint blockade. In vitro studies in PD-L1-positive and PD-L1-knockout murine breast cancer cells showed significantly greater uptake in PD-L1-positive cells, supporting target-associated binding. This preclinical imaging agent has no reported clinical development or marketed use.
