[67Cu]Cu-rhPSMA-10.1 is a **radiohybrid prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA)-targeted radiopharmaceutical** labeled with copper-67, designed for targeted radionuclide therapy of PSMA-expressing tumors, such as prostate cancer and glioblastoma multiforme (GBM). It delivers cytotoxic radiation selectively to PSMA-positive cancer cells via the high-affinity PSMA-targeting ligand rhPSMA-10.1, enabling targeted destruction of malignant tissue while sparing healthy cells. Its theranostic potential is supported by PET-based dosimetry and SPECT imaging, and it is currently in early clinical/late preclinical evaluation[3][5][6].
