Overview

[68Ga]B7H3 Affibody-BCH is a radiopharmaceutical designed for Positron Emission Tomography (PET) imaging. It comprises Gallium-68 ([68Ga]), an Affibody molecule engineered to specifically target the B7-H3 (CD276) immune checkpoint protein, and a BCH component, likely a chelator or linker. B7-H3 is a transmembrane protein frequently overexpressed in various malignant tumors, playing a role in immune evasion and tumor progression. This radiotracer is being developed for the non-invasive identification of B7-H3 expression in systemic tumor lesions, aiming to improve pretreatment evaluation, predict therapeutic responses, and monitor resistance to therapy in cancer patients. It exhibits high affinity for B7-H3-expressing cells.
