**[68Ga]Ga-AZ-093** is an investigational gallium-68 PET radiotracer derived from the PSMA-targeted ligand AZ-093, which uses the AAZTA chelator to coordinate gallium-68. It binds prostate-specific membrane antigen on prostate cancer cells and is administered at tracer doses for PET/CT imaging, biodistribution, and radiation-dosimetry assessment. It has been evaluated in a first-in-human diagnostic study in patients with prostate cancer by the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University.
