[68Ga]Ga-ELI421 is a radiopharmaceutical diagnostic agent developed by Union Hospital, Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. It is a PET imaging tracer designed to target Prostate-Specific Membrane Antigen (PSMA) for the detection and staging of prostate cancer. The agent utilizes the positron-emitting isotope Gallium-68 (68Ga) conjugated to the ELI421 ligand. It is currently being evaluated in Phase 1/2 clinical trials to assess its safety, biodistribution, radiation dosimetry, and diagnostic efficacy in patients with prostate cancer.
